Parking
The Carly has parking available for the guests staying on-property and the staff members working the event. All other wedding guests should plan to arrive by shuttle or bus. We have a parking lot sized for full-sized charter person buses adjacent to the driveway.

Pricing
The event venue fee for a wedding at The Carly is $10,000 for 2026. Hosts are also responsible for a Carly Estate booking for a minimum of 2 nights and those nightly rates can be found HERE. We will provide hosts with links so whomever they elect to have stay on-property with them can pay for their rooms directly.

2027 & Beyond
Our pricing for 2027 and beyond is not set yet, but if you would still like to reserve dates, contact us DIRECTLY.

Multiple Events
We are open to guests hosting multiple events during their stay under certain circumstances, so please contact us directly for pricing and details about hosting MULTIPLE EVENTS.

Event Timing
Your guests may arrive at 3:00PM and the celebration can continue until 10:00 PM, at which point guests need to make their way to the shuttles. By 10:30PM, only the 18 overnight guests staying at The Carly should remain, to continue the celebration.

Restrooms
Because The Carly is on a septic system, only the staff and guests staying on-property are permitted to use the restrooms in the Fern Lodge and Hummingbird Cottage. Hosts are responsible for providing a mobile unit to accommodate their guests.

Building Access
Our buildings are open to staff and guests staying on-property and for their privacy, we kindly ask all other event patrons to remain on the event grounds.

Pets & Camping
We do not allow pets or camping at The Carly. Thank you for your understanding.
