Made to Be Shared
Food is central to life at The Carly. We really love to eat.
Long dinners. Slow mornings. Something cooking while everyone gathers nearby. A glass of wine in hand before anyone’s ready to sit down.
We designed the kitchen—and the experience around it—for exactly that.
Whether you’re cooking for friends or bringing in a private chef, food becomes part of the rhythm here.
A Kitchen Worth Spending Time In
At the center of the estate is a commercial-rated chef’s kitchen designed to feel as beautiful as it is functional.
It’s a space built for cooking together, lingering nearby, and inevitably gathering around while the meal is being prepared.
Some guests bring groceries and cook all weekend. Others bring in a chef and let someone else take over.
Either way, you’ll eat well.

For guests looking for an elevated culinary experience, we’re proud to recommend Chef Daniel Green and Firsthand Studio.
Daniel’s approach feels especially at home at The Carly—thoughtful, seasonal, relaxed in all the right ways, and deeply rooted in hospitality.
Whether it’s a single intimate dinner or a full weekend of meals, Chef Daniel and Firsthand work with every group to craft a bespoke menu and experience that fits the moment beautifully.
Just as there are many places to gather here, Daniel believes there are many places to cook. The kitchen is central to the experience, but Daniel also loves to work outdoors, delivering meals and small bites over open flame throughout the grounds.
Additional Chef &
Catering Partners
Great meals come in many forms. While Daniel is our featured culinary partner, we're happy to recommend a small group of chefs and catering teams we know and trust—all with experience at The Carly and their own unique approach to gathering around the table.
Settle in. Open another bottle. The best meals usually last longer than planned.
